Houston and Sugar Land Home Sales Continue Going Up

Houston and surrounding areas, including Sugar Land, are selling homes left and right. June marks the month where home prices are at an all time high according to the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR). Sugar Land home sellers are enjoying a market made for them with home sales jumping over 13% from last year. Almost every housing segment has experienced gains in June and homes in the $250k to $1 million segment have showed the greatest increase.
