Meet Prime Properties Agent David Valade
A second-generation Houstonian, Prime Properties Agent David Valade attended the University of Texas at Austin. While his professional career began in the bio-tech field as a quality control manager, he soon got the itch to pursue a long family tradition of entrepreneurship.
When he made the leap to real estate in 2010, David brought strong attention to detail and a mind for analysis, both skills cultivated and honed during his time as a quality control manager.
His shift to real estate couldn’t have come at a more challenging time in the real estate industry. His hard-earned success was an uphill climb, earned through tough experience during the worst real estate market since the Great Depression. His learning curve mirrored the return of the real estate industry to its height in 2020. David credits this difficult but rewarding path for his keen insight and ability to help clients navigate the ever-evolving real estate market.
“There is a solution to every problem,” says David. “I am determined to help my clients work through challenges with an open mind to achieve their ultimate goals of selling at the price they desire or purchasing the home of their dreams.”
“I maintain strong relationships with developers, home builders, title companies, home inspectors, contractors and surveyors,” he adds. “This gives me the ability to give my clients options and the information they need to effectively navigate the process.”
“David’s witty personality keeps us laughing at Prime Properties,” says Co-Owner and Broker Stephanie Nelson. “He’s a great family man and a real team player. David has a big heart and cares deeply about his clients and fellow realtors. He knows his stuff and is highly dependable.”
David enjoys working in the Fort Bend area and sees much opportunity in the area. In addition to high-quality school district rankings, low crime, cultural diversity and a strong economy, COVID-19 has created a trend toward people working from home. The Fort Bend area offers plenty of options for the movement toward rural living as well as the need for private workspaces for multiple members within a household.
Here’s something you probably don’t know about David: when he’s not working hard for his clients, his hobby is leathercrafting. Plus, when you meet him, be sure to ask about his father-son motocross racing team!
David would love to meet you and help you with your next successful home sale or purchase. Call him at 713.202.7586 or contact him directly via email here!
