Meet Prime Properties Agent Nada Hammoud

agent Nada Hammoud

Having lived all over the world, Prime Properties agent Nada Hammoud is a global citizen. Born in Lebanon and educated in the French system, she graduated from the American University in Beirut with a degree in Psychology.

As the wife of an oil industry employee, she has spent much of her adult life living abroad in Greece, China and Norway. Nada always made a point to try to learn the language of the country in which she lived. To varying degrees of proficiency, she has learned Greek, Mandarin, Norwegian, German and Italian.

Over the last 20 years, Nada has moved between three continents, buying, selling, and renting properties. When she arrived here in Texas, she met Prime Properties’ Sahar Mutammara, who served as her real estate agent. She credits Sahar for inspiring her to pursue a career in real estate.

Exposure to such a wide range of cultures provides great insights into the international diversity of the Greater Houston Area. The experience gives her a unique perspective and in-depth understanding of the relocation process and the associated stresses.

“Having been on both sides of the buying-selling process, I am able to use this hard-earned knowledge towards bringing clarity into an uncertain process for my clients,” says Nada.

In her real estate career, Nada has earned both a GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation and certification as a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor).

“Nada loves to learn and research,” say Stephanie Nelson, co-owner and Broker at Prime Properties. “She teaches me something new every time I speak with her. She’s detail oriented, never procrastinates, and she’s pro-active. Nada is my go-to person for all things technical! Her clients recognize and appreciate her vast knowledge of the moving process. We all love her energy and positive attitude.”

Nada recognizes Fort Bend’s rich mixture of cultures and deeply appreciates the attitude of acceptance in the community.

“It is the kind of place where you can get to know your neighbors, where you can find every kind of food imaginable, and where residents are proud of their city and work to maintain great standards of living,” she adds.

On a personal note, Nada is a voracious reader. She is also a cat person and very detail oriented. The next language on her agenda is Spanish!
