Sugar Land Ranks #4 Among Top 20 Happiest Small Towns in America

Sugar Land has been ranked No. 4 among the top 20 “Happiest Small Town in America!”

Rankings are based on metrics including poverty rate, population, median household income, median property value, education, employment rate, unemployment rate and the overall crime rate per 100,000 people for a town.
