Stephanie Nelson believes in listening and in putting clients’ needs first. I believe in communicating with and being there for you, every step of the way. I believe in service that doesn’t stop after contracts and closings. I want to be your Realtor for life.

I have lived in Fort Bend County almost as long as I’ve been alive. My family moved here when I was five years old, and we lived in Quail Valley for seven years. Then moved to Sugar Land, where I attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989, and where I still live today. I went to college at the University Of North Texas in Denton, and in 1993, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.

I married the love of my life, Damien Nelson, in October 1997 in Hawaii. In April 2000, we had our first daughter, Riley Christina, and in May 2001, we had our second daughter, Haley Gwenneth. On the weekends, we love to go to Sugar Land Town Square for the community music, movie, and holiday festivals as well as spending time at home with friends and family.

After working first in banking and then for Continental Airlines, I became a Realtor in 2002 because I was looking for a way to combine my background in financial services and customer service. I knew how much I would enjoy helping people embark on new stages of their lives, and I still do enjoy it. I’ll never stop loving the opportunity to be there for a client’s successful and satisfying sale or their first day in their dream home!
